CreateBlockList

This tool generates a block list suitable for use with PeerGuardian from a list of countries.

It automatically downloads the latest version of the ip2country.csv from http://ip-to-country.webhosting.info/downloads/ip-to-country.csv.zip on the first execution. After that you can manually update your country data by clicking on the button "Update IP Data".

There are three presets of countries which can be blocked. The presets can be configured in the config file under the keys Auto1, Auto2 and Auto3. You can use the presets by clicking on the radio buttons or select directly the countries you want to block.
